Learn the ins and outs of the Sanderson HS DECA family-style recruitment strategy. Utilizing an executive officer team has helped increase communication, engagement, participation, and membership over the past three years. This strategy has resulted in continual growth (even through COVID!) for the chapter to become the largest North Carolina chapter with a single advisor. Sanderson DECA is the largest student organization on campus with 128 active members and a goal of 150 in 2022-2023 with a school population of 1,780.
