Free Student Leadership and Service Programs
Lead4Change is a student leadership program that leads students to an advocacy or service project in their own community while working on college and career readiness. Lead4Change is fully funded by a private grant and therefore FREE to educators and students. Here is where we fit: Open to students grades 6-12, led by a teacher or advisor. Each teacher receives a Welcome Kit, which includes the leadership book, Taking People with You, by our funder David Novak. Teachers will guide student teams through lesson (12 or 6- track) where they understand and apply their leadership skills. Lessons are aligned with 21st Century Skills, Literacy, Social Studies Standards, Project Based Learning, and Social Emotional Learning. Students enter their projects for a chance to win generous grants of up to $10,000 for their charity of choice. Please join us to learn more about how you can get started this fall.
