FIDM's DECA Bootcamp: A Free Resource
This is an all-inclusive Academy Program that will provide consistent month-to-month support in coordinating business/marketing/entrepreneurship curriculum with FIDM presentations, activities, and workshops prior to DECA Conferences and/or other DECA events. This Bootcamp is led by FIDM College Representatives and is meant to support curriculum in the classroom, as well as integrate activities within DECA Chapters. Presentations and activities will focus on: Business, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Sports Management, Market Planning, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Promotional Mix, Public Relations, and Sales Promotion. Featured points of interest will embrace: DECA Success and Grooming, Body Language, Elevator Pitch, In-Person Meeting and Zoom Etiquette, Interview Role Play, and What to expect at a DECA conference. FIDM's DECA BOOTCAMP will be offered both in-person and virtually. In states where FIDM does not have a College Representative residing locally, presentations and workshops will only be provided virtually.
