With the ever-changing job market, empower your students to explore more than 900 career paths utilizing data through myOptions® Encourage® – a no-cost college and career planning program. myOptions Encourage has partnered with DECA since 2007, supporting young people in planning for life after high school, helping them gain critical career information like education requirements, salaries, job outlooks, and more. In this session, you will learn about the free resources available to your students to support their career exploration, including alignment to their interests. We will also share how Encourage can help them plan for education beyond high school with college matches and scholarship opportunities personalized to their goals and preferences. You’ll understand the reporting and resources available to you, including lesson plans, to support the young people you serve in planning for life after high school.
