Natasha Nguyen is DECA's customer service representative. In this role, she promptly addresses customer inquiries via multiple channels, assists with order processing, and ensures all customers have a smooth experience.
She has more than five years of experience in customer service in the retail space. She also has involvement in planning and executing multiple small events.
Natasha holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Natasha has worked for DECA since 2025.
