Kyle Howard is Shop DECA's customer service representative. In this role, he promptly addresses customer inquiries via multiple channels, assists with order processing, and ensures all customers have a smooth shopping experience. He has an in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations, resolve issues, and manage returns.
Kyle has over six years of experience in customer service, and he is passionate about creating positive client interactions and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, with a concentration in media studies, from Old Dominion University.
Kyle has worked for DECA since 2024.
