Jessica Huynh is Shop DECA's customer service representative. In this role, she promptly addresses customer inquiries via multiple channels, assists with order processing, and ensures all customers have a smooth shopping experience. She has an in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations, resolve issues, and manage returns.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in the Arts and Visual Technology with a concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in Web Design from George Mason University.
