Emily Hayes is DECA's programs coordinator. In this role, she provides exceptional customer service to chapters and associations, addressing and resolving inquiries to help improve our members' overall experience. She assists advisors with the online membership system and coordinates the distribution of membership materials and resources. In addition, she provides support to the programs team in delivering quality programs and services.
She has held multiple customer service positions in both the retail and food industries. In addition, she interned for the PGA where she helped with planning and carrying out golf specific events.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University with a major in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in General Business.
Emily has worked for DECA since 2025.
