for a specific competitive event. Check your preferred

Students are counting on you. The high school and college students participating in these conferences have worked hard all year for this experience.

It's rewarding to judge. In fact, many of our judges ask to judge multiple days because it is such a positive
experience. We are certain that you will be impressed with the quality of our
students, but judging is not complicated. You will be evaluating the skills you use every day in your business or industry. You
will be thoroughly briefed by the teachers running the event before you start and throughout the day.
Community service – Many companies encourage
employees to participate in community service,
and DECA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
All judges receive a follow-up letter shortly
after the conference, thanking them for volunteering
as a judge.
Thank you for your interest!
