	Scenes such as this one have been happening for many years throughout DECA's long history and in just as many places. From Hawaii to Ontario, from snowcaps in Salt Lake City to the warm sun of Orlando, from your neighborhood to your nation's capitol, DECA has been there. 	State/Provincial Leadership Conferences take place early in the fall. Close to home, these events allow you to meet the chapters and members that you will interact with a lot throughout the year. 	Regional Leadership Conferences bring students from neighboring states to an exciting city for group workshops, professional speakers, and entertaining networking opportunities. With no competition to worry about, members can attend their regional conference relaxed and ready to collaborate with other members, grow as leaders, and experience a new local flavor. 	The New York Experience takes place annually in the heart of New York City and continues to grow in popularity each year. Held several times in the fall, it is a unique chance for specialized tours and exposure to the fields of marketing, merchandising, and customer service. For more information, click here.
	Competitive Events Conferences allow DECA members to showcase the talent and progress they have acquired in DECA and their marketing education classes.
