Members of DECA Inc. as described in the
Articles of Incorporation are states, territories, or
equivalent geographic units, and will be represented in
all corporate matters by the person or persons so designated.
Each chartered association is eligible to appoint one
person as their DECA Inc. representative.
An additional representative may be chosen by the chartered
unit having 5,000 members, and a third if the association
exceeds 10,000 members. No unit will be allowed more than
three corporate members.
